• Bookings are confirmed upon receiving a written confirmation and a deposit or full payment as agreed.
• Payment methods include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and digital payment platforms.
• Full payment must be made before or on the day of the move unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Customers may cancel or reschedule their booking by providing at least 48 hours' notice.
• Cancellation fees may apply if notice is not provided within the specified time frame.
• No refunds will be provided for cancellations made on the same day of service.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about the items to be moved, including their weight, dimensions, and value.
• Ensure all items are properly packed and labeled unless packing services are included in the agreement.
• Obtain necessary permissions for parking, loading, and unloading at both origin and destination locations.

7. Prohibited Items

JUSTMOVEIT will not transport items that are:

• Flammable, explosive, or hazardous (e.g., gasoline, fireworks, chemicals).
• Illegal substances or items.
• Perishable goods unless pre-approved.
• Valuable items like jewelry, cash, or important documents unless declared and insured separately.

8. Insurance and Liability

JUSTMOVEIT offers insurance options for the goods being transported. It is the customer's responsibility to opt for insurance if desired.

JUSTMOVEIT is not liable for:

• Damage caused by improper packing by the customer.
• Illegal substances or items.
• Delays due to weather, road conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Loss or damage to prohibited or undeclared items.

9. Delays and Rescheduling

JUSTMOVEIT will make every effort to adhere to agreed schedules but is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be addressed amicably between the customer and JUSTMOVEIT.
• If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Company's jurisdiction

• Customer information collected during the booking process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
