1. Service Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service date to avoid any charges.
• For cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service, a cancellation fee of 20% of the service fee will be applied.

2. Refund Policy

• If a service is canceled within the eligible time frame, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
• No refunds will be issued for services that have already been completed.

3. Non-Refundable Deposits

• Deposits paid for certain services (e.g., special handling, international moving) are non-refundable due to preparation costs incurred.

4. Changes to Service

• If you need to modify the date, time, or scope of the service, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.
• We will do our best to accommodate changes, but rescheduling may incur additional charges depending on the availability and nature of the service.

5. Exceptions

Refunds or cancellations may not be granted in the following situations:

• No-show by the customer on the scheduled service day.
• Last-minute changes that cannot be accommodated.
• Services already in progress or completed.

6. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

• Provide your order ID, service details, and reason for cancellation.

7. Force Majeure

JUSTMOVEIT is not responsible for cancellations or delays due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, governmental restrictions, or unforeseen events.
